Role: Customer Care Executive Working Days: 6 days a week Week Off: 1 rotational week off Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate tools and processes.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
Understand customer needs and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Build positive and professional relationships with customers through effective communication.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Process orders, forms, applications, and customer requests.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Provide feedback to improve the overall customer service process.
