Job Summary
Appsys Security Solutions is a leading electronic security and surveillance provider based in Ernakulam. We specialize in advanced CCTV systems, access control, smart automation, and integrated security infrastructure for residential, retail, and commercial clients across Kerala.
We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated Business Development Officer to join our branch in Ravipuram, Ernakulam. This role is ideal for ambitious freshers eager to launch a sales career, as well as experienced sales executives looking to grow in the security technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Market Outreach: Identify prospective clients, including commercial businesses, corporate offices, builders, retail establishments, and residential properties.
Client Consultation & Site Visits: Conduct on-site visits to assess security requirements and recommend tailored CCTV and surveillance packages.
- Deal Closures
- Present product demonstrations, deliver quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales contracts.
- Pipeline Management
- Track customer inquiries, manage regular follow-ups, and ensure conversion targets are consistently achieved.
Channel Partnerships: Build long-term relationships with local architects, interior designers, civil contractors, and electrical vendors for steady lead generation.
- Cross-functional Coordination
- Coordinate with the technical and installation team to ensure prompt fulfillment of closed projects.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Education
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass), Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience: Open to both freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of experience in direct sales, field marketing, or business development (prior experience in electronic security, hardware, or telecom is an advantage).
- Languages Known
- Fluent Malayalam (required); basic or conversational English (preferred).
- Key Skills
- Confident communication, negotiation, self-discipline, and customer relationship management.
