Key Responsibilities
- Develop and standardize Punjabi/North Indian recipes and menu items.
- Finalize portion sizes, recipe cards, food cost and SOPs.
- Conduct food trials and evaluate vendors/products.
- Support base kitchen and outlet kitchen setup.
- Train and supervise kitchen teams.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, hygiene and presentation.
- Support pre-opening, launch and future multi-outlet expansion.
- Experience
- 8–12+ years in Punjabi/North Indian cuisine, QSR or multi-outlet operations
- Pay
- ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
