We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates for the Business Development Manager role. Freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply.

Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities and leads

Identify potential clients and understand their requirements

Handle client communication and follow-ups

Develop and maintain strong client relationships

Achieve business development and sales targets

Prepare proposals and coordinate with the technical team

Follow up with leads and convert them into clients

Required Skills

Good communication and negotiation skills

Strong convincing and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of IT services

Good English communication

Ability to generate leads and handle clients

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Preferred

Knowledge of Upwork, bidding platforms and lead generation will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
