Location: Sector 22, Chandigarh
Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist patients and their families.

Manage appointments, patient registrations, and doctor schedules.

Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and appointment bookings.

Maintain patient records and billing details.

Guide parents regarding appointments and available services.

Eligibility

Minimum 6 months of work experience is mandatory.

Graduate preferred.

Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Punjabi.

Basic computer knowledge.

Pleasant personality, polite behaviour, and a patient-friendly approach.

Experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting will be preferred.
