Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

Develop and execute customer engagement strategies

Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback efficiently

Analyze customer data to improve retention and loyalty

Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaigns and promotions

Monitor customer lifecycle (lead → conversion → retention)

Generate reports on customer behavior, sales trends, and campaign performance

Ensure timely follow-ups with leads and existing customers
