Job Summary

AI Intellisoft, the parent company of Thiranz Tech Solutions, is looking for a target-oriented Senior Telemarketing Executive to manage student enquiries, promote professional training programs, and convert prospective leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.

Explain courses, fees, career opportunities, and admission procedures.

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.

Schedule counselling sessions, demo classes, and institute visits.

Maintain lead details, follow-up records, and conversion reports in the CRM.

Coordinate with marketing and admissions teams to improve lead conversion.

Build strong relationships with students and parents through effective communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Any degree or equivalent qualification.

1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, student counselling, or admissions.

EdTech or educational training institute experience preferred.

Good communication skills in Tamil and English.

Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business.

Target-oriented mindset with a focus on admission conversions.

Salary & Joining

Salary Range: ₹12,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Full-time position based in Coimbatore.
