Key Responsibilities
- Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
- Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Maintain guest records and payment details.
- Coordinate with hotel teams for smooth guest check-ins.
- Provide information on room availability, packages, and special offers.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Graduate (Hospitality/Tourism preferred)
0–2 years of experience in reservations, front office, or customer service
Good communication skills in Bengali
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel reservation software
