Handle customer enquiries, calls, and follow-ups.

Maintain good relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.

Coordinate with the sales, billing, and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.

Maintain customer databases, sales records, and follow-up reports.

Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements in service.

Support the sales team in customer retention and business development.

Pay: ₹9,600.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Bachelor's (Required)

Experience

Customer relationship management: 2 years (Required)
