- Customer Reception
- Greet showroom visitors, understand their needs, and guide them to suitable pre-owned vehicles.
- Lead Management
- Promptly handle incoming phone calls, online inquiries, and schedule test drives.
- Follow-up & After-Sales
- Maintain contact with potential buyers and support existing clients with vehicle documentation and after-sales service.
- Issue Resolution
- Address customer queries and concerns efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Data Maintenance
- Maintain updated customer contact records and interaction logs.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales (Automotive background preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency.

- ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
