Call Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls on multi-line systems, take detailed messages, and field general inquiries.
- Calendar & Scheduling
- Manage meeting room bookings, coordinate schedules, and set up appointments.
- Mail & Correspondence
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and office correspondence.
- Office Security
- Monitor visitor access, issue identification badges, and maintain visitor logbooks.
