Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Contact leads generated through Facebook and Instagram ads.
• Explain event packages, birthday party plans, and other event services to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable packages based on their budget.
• Negotiate pricing and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Upsell add-on services and premium packages to increase sales.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain good customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Candidates from a hospitality, hotel, restaurant, event management, or guest service background preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good negotiation, convincing, and sales-closing abilities.
• Customer-focused, energetic, and target-oriented.
• Experience in selling event packages or hospitality services will be an advantage.
