Key Responsibilities
- Inbound & Outbound Calls
- Handle a high volume of calls from patients, families, and healthcare professionals with empathy and professionalism.
- Appointment Scheduling
- Book, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments according to doctor availability and hospital policies.
Inquiry Management: Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, doctor timings, room categories, visiting hours, and basic treatment procedures.
Triage & Routing: Assess the nature and urgency of incoming calls and route them to the appropriate medical department, emergency desk, or specialist.
Database & Record Keeping: Accurately log patient details, call summaries, and follow-up requirements into the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS).
Coordination: Liaise with front desk teams, nursing stations, and consultant cabins to ensure smooth patient flow and address schedule adjustments
