Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and persuasive Outbound Telecaller to handle dues collection for Asianet Broadband customers. The role involves contacting customers from a provided database, reminding them about pending dues, and ensuring timely payments while maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers to inform them about outstanding dues.
• Explain payment options and resolve basic customer queries related to dues.
• Update customer feedback and payment status in the system.
• Follow up with customers who have committed to making payments.
• Maintain accurate call logs and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure a polite, professional, and empathetic approach while interacting with customers.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency to manage customer databases and call records.
