Right Recruitments is hiring – Relationship Manager (Life Insurance Direct Sales) | Janakpuri, Delhi | 3 Positions Field sales experience from any sector is welcome – BFSI / Insurance sales candidates will get preference. What the job actually is: You will sell life insurance directly to customers for one of the top reputed Life Insurance companies – using company leads and your own network – and build long-term customer relationships. Key responsibilities: • Meet customers from company leads and self-sourcing, explain life insurance plans • Achieve monthly sales and persistency (renewal) targets • Build relationships for repeat and referral business • Follow all IRDAI and company compliance norms What we are looking for: • Graduate and above (any stream) • Minimum 1 year field sales experience in any sector – BFSI / Insurance / Bancassurance preferred • Good communication in Hindi and English • Own two-wheeler • West Delhi candidates preferred Compensation: • CTC Rs 2.5 – 5 Lakh per annum (based on experience) + attractive incentives • Career growth with a reputed life insurance brand No fee is charged at any stage of hiring.
