Key Responsibilities
- Make calls to prospective parents for admission follow-ups.
- Handle admission lead calls and encourage parents to visit the school.
- Make fee reminder and fee follow-up calls to parents.
- Provide accurate information regarding admissions, fees, and school services.
- Maintain records of calls and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with the concerned department whenever required.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in customer service or admissions is preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken English.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Good convincing and follow-up abilities.
- Pleasant telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach.

- ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
