- Position Title
- Customer Support Executive / International Voice Process Associate.
Call / WhatsApp - 93911 73518 ( HR)
( 1 year of international voice experience is required)
- Call Handling
- Answer inbound calls or make outbound calls to international customers professionally and clearly.
- Issue Resolution
- Listen actively to customer problems, diagnose issues, and provide accurate solutions.
- Documentation
- Update customer records, call logs, and details into the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system accurately.
Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed targets related to Average Handling Time (AHT), First Call Resolution (FCR), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
- Compliance
- Follow company security, privacy policies, and international quality guidelines.
- Communication
- Excellent spoken and written English skills with a clear, neutral accent.
- Interpersonal Skills
- Strong active listening, patience, and empathy when dealing with diverse or frustrated customers.
- Computer Literacy
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, web browsers, and data entry.
- Flexibility
- Willingness to work in 24x7 environments, night shifts, or rotational shifts.
- Education
- High school diploma/10+2 or a graduate degree in any discipline (prior BPO or voice experience is often preferred).
Experience- 1 Yr of international voice experience is mandatory.
- Pay
- ₹250,000.00 - ₹470,000.00 per year
