Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Hotel Sales Manager to drive sales, increase room occupancy, and generate revenue across our hotel properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and acquire new corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and business partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, restaurant services, and other hospitality offerings.
• Handle corporate bookings, group reservations, and business enquiries.
• Conduct client meetings, sales visits, and follow-ups to generate new business.
• Coordinate with the reservations, front office, and operations teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.
• Prepare sales reports, maintain client databases, and provide regular updates to management.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the hotel.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong business development and client relationship management abilities.
• Knowledge of hotel sales, marketing, and hospitality operations.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
