• Key Responsibilities

• Convert enquiries into admission through effective communication and follow up.

• Maintain records of customer interactions , enquiries and follow up.
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls professionally.
• Manage in the reception area and ensuring the office is neat and tidy.
• Greeting and welcoming clients,customers and a visitors professionally.
• Required Skills

• Proficiency in Malayalam and English.

• Basic computer skills including knowledge of MS office and Excel .
