Government School Teacher (TET + recruitment)

Government schools mein classes 1-8 ko padhane ke liye aapko sabse pehle ek Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET ya aapke state ka TET) pass karna hoga; yeh ek eligibility certificate hai, koi job nahi. Iske baad state ek alag recruitment chalata hai. Central schools (KVS, NVS) ka apna alag recruitment hota hai.

Padhai

Classes 1-5: 12th ke sath D.El.Ed. Classes 6-8: graduate ke sath D.El.Ed ya B.Ed. Exact rules NCTE-based notification mein dekhein.

Umar

CTET ke liye koi upper age limit nahi hai. Recruitment age limits har state dwara set kiye jate hain. Official notice dekhiye

Aur

CTET pass mark 60% (general), 55% reserved categories ke liye state/central policy ke mutabik. CTET certificate life ke liye valid hai.

Selection kaise hota hai

  1. CTET ya state TET pass karein (Paper 1 classes 1-5 ke liye, Paper 2 classes 6-8 ke liye)
  2. State teacher recruitment test mein appear ho jayein
  3. Merit/preference allotment (aur kuch cases mein interview)
  4. Document verification
  5. Appointment

Apply kaise karein

CTET: ctet.nic.in. State TET aur recruitment: state education department sites.

Taiyari kaise karein

  • Child development and pedagogy dono papers ke liye common hai; ispe sabse pehle master karein.
  • Jin classes ko aap padhayenge, unke NCERT textbooks ko study karein.
  • Language I aur II papers language teaching ko test karte hain, sirf grammar ko nahi.
  • Recruitment ke liye TET certificate aur D.El.Ed/B.Ed marksheets ready rakhein.

Log kya galti karte hain

  • Yeh sochna ki TET pass karne ka matlab job milna hai.
  • Jin classes ko aap padhana chahte hain, unke liye galat paper mein appear hona.
  • Recruitment ke liye time par state portal par register na karna.
Maharashtra mein Maharashtra: pehle MAHATET ya CTET pass karein, fir Maharashtra State Council of Examination, Pune dwara conduct kiya jane wala TAIT (Teacher Aptitude and Intelligence Test) pass karein. Recruitment Pavitra portal (edustaff.maharashtra.gov.in) ke through hota hai jahan aapko apne TAIT score ke sath register karna hota hai aur school preferences fill karne hote hain; kuch posts interview ke sath fill kiye jate hain.
