Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the company's growing workforce. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination skills. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions. Source candidates through job portals, consultants, employee referrals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels. Handle recruitment for service engineers, elevator technicians, sales executives, and other corporate positions. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. Coordinate technical interviews with department heads and hiring managers. Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer letters and joining formalities. Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports. Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining. Coordinate with recruitment consultancies and external hiring partners. Support onboarding, documentation, and other HR activities as required. Meet recruitment targets and ensure positions are closed within the required timelines. Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum 4 years of experience in HR recruitment. Graduate or postgraduate qualification in HR or a related field. Experience recruiting technical and field-service roles is preferred. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, email, job portals, and recruitment tracking. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work within deadlines.
