Customer Support and Sales (Outbound Sales) Netaji Subhash Place

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Outbound Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage potential customers through outbound calling and other lead-generation activities. The role focuses on building pipelines, closing deals and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases

Identify customer needs and pitch company products/services effectively

Generate and qualify leads, schedule meetings and close sales

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and sales activities in CRM

Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets

Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates

Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends

Requirements & Skills

Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or cold calling (preferred)

Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools

Self-motivated, disciplined and goal-driven attitude

Comfortable with travelling for client meetings or events whenever required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2B or B2C outbound sales

Knowledge of lead generation techniques
