Maintenance Incharge

Job Responsibilities

• Handle and monitor DG (Diesel Generator) operations and power consumption.
• Monitor and maintain electrical panel boards and distribution systems.
• Handle and monitor transformer operations and maintenance.
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical and facility equipment.
• Monitor daily power consumption and identify electrical issues.
• Coordinate with technicians and external service providers for maintenance work.
• Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and service reports.
• Ensure all electrical and maintenance systems are operated safely and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in cinema theatre / commercial building / mall / hospitality maintenance preferred.
• Good knowledge of DG, electrical panel boards, transformers, and electrical systems.
• Ability to handle maintenance operations independently.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Work Requirements

• Rotational Shifts: Day / Night
• Weekend Working: Must be available
• Government \& Festival Holidays: Working may be required
• Immediate Joiners: Preferred
