Education - Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Strategy \& operations

• To lead overall mechanical, electrical \& utility maintenance across all designated facilities

• Develop \& implement PM programs

• Track \& minimize breakdown frequencies, MTTR \& MTBF

• Conduct RCA for technical failures

Installation \& Commissioning

• Assist in the installation \& testing of new plant machinery

Cost Management

• Control expenses related to spare parts, inventory, contractor rates \& emergency repairs.

• Energy saving for water \& power

Vendor \& AMC management

• Source, evaluate \& manage third – party contractors \& technical service providers.

• Negotiate \& oversee AMC to ensure service quality \& compliance.

Safety \& Compliance

• To ensure strict adherence to local fire, electrical \& environmental safety regulations

• To conduct routine safety audits \& maintain compliance documentation

Team Leadership

• Hire, train, supervise maintenance supervisors, engineers \& technicians.

• Plan work schedule, shift rotations \& delegation of daily tasks.

Pay

₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
