Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in IT sales \& academic sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining services, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Contact potential clients and explain IT services, software solutions, or academic programs.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up with prospects.
• Identify customer requirements and schedule meetings.
• Support sales activities, prepare proposals, and follow up on business opportunities.
• Maintain customer details and sales updates in CRM or tracking sheets.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT sales, academic sales, business development, or telecalling.
• Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of lead generation, customer handling, and follow-ups.
• Ability to work towards sales targets.
• Willingness to learn about IT services and software solutions.
