About NIYU

NIYU – A Space for You is a new-age café in Koramangala, Bengaluru, serving specialty coffee, matcha, cold brews, thickshakes and refreshing café beverages. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare espresso-based beverages including Espresso, Americano, Cappuccino, Latte, Flat White, Mocha and Affogato.

Prepare iced coffees, cold brews, Vietnamese coffee and other signature coffee beverages.

Make matcha drinks, including Iced Matcha Latte, Vanilla Matcha and Coconut Matcha.

Prepare thickshakes such as Ovaltine, Blueberry Cheesecake, Cold Milo, Biscoff and other signature flavours.

Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, recipes and portion sizes.

Operate and maintain the espresso machine, coffee grinder, blenders and other beverage equipment.

Follow hygiene, food safety and cleaning standards.

Manage beverage preparation during peak hours while maintaining service quality.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team to minimise wastage.
