Job Responsibilities

• Call customers and explain loan products and services.
• Follow up with interested customers and assist them throughout the process.
• Collect required customer documents and basic information.
• Coordinate with the KYC and Operations team for document verification.
• Follow up for pending documents and application requirements.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Update customer details and call status in the CRM.
• Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English is preferred.
• Telecalling, sales, or loan industry experience will be an advantage.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
