Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Resource (CRR) to support the sales team, coordinate with existing clients, and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have good communication, follow-up, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with customer coordination and follow-ups.
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the relevant internal teams.
• Coordinate with the service/technical team for after-sales support and customer complaints.
• Follow up with clients regarding service requests, orders, and other requirements.
• Ensure timely communication and resolution of customer queries.
• Maintain customer records, follow-ups, and communication details.
• Identify opportunities to generate new business from existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Support the sales team in customer retention and business development activities.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the concerned team.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in Customer Relationship, Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or a similar role.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Confident and professional while communicating with clients.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
• Ability to identify business opportunities from existing customers.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
