Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Explain company products, services, and offers to customers.
• Follow up with potential customers to generate leads and business opportunities.
• Maintain customer databases and update call records regularly.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets as assigned by management.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with the relevant departments when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
• Ensure professional communication and a positive customer experience.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates will be preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
• Ability to convince customers and handle calls confidently.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary \& Benefits

• Salary: Starting from ₹15,000 per month.
• PF: Provided by the company, subject to applicable eligibility and rules.
