Candidate Requirements
- Language Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu is mandatory. Basic understanding of English/Tamil for documentation.
- Education
- 12th Pass (HSC) or any Bachelor’s Degree
Experience
Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are welcome
0 to 2 years of prior experience in BPO, telecalling, telesales, or debt collection/telecollection is an added advantage
- Key Traits
- High resilience, strong negotiation abilities, active listening, and basic computer/CRM navigation skills.
Shift & Work Environment
- Working Days
- 6 Days Working (with fixed or rotational week-offs)

- Standard Day Shift (e.g., ~9:30 AM to 7:00 PM)
