Front Desk Administrator

We are looking for a professional and well-presented Front Desk Administrator to manage the school reception and handle communication with parents, students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the front desk, calls, emails, and visitor enquiries.

Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors professionally.

Handle basic administrative and front-office tasks.

Maintain visitor records and relevant documentation.

Coordinate with staff and departments as required.

Requirements

Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Good interpersonal and customer-service skills.

Professional, polite, and approachable personality.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
