- Welcome and greet patients and visitors. - Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling. - Attend incoming phone calls and respond to enquiries. - Guide patients to the appropriate departments. - Maintain patient records and basic documentation. - Coordinate with doctors, nurses and hospital staff. - Manage billing enquiries and appointment follow-ups. - Provide friendly and professional customer service. ELIGIBILITY: - Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. - Good communication skills. - Basic computer knowledge. - Patient-handling and coordination skills. WORK DETAILS: - Full-Time / Part-Time - Work From Office - Work From Home (where applicable) INCOME DETAILS: - Freshers: ₹20,000 per month. - Experienced: Based on previous salary and experience.
