Business Development Executive (BDE)

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase company revenue.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, online research, networking, and other channels.
• Contact potential clients, understand their business requirements, and present suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales reports.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in coordination with management.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, partnerships, and market expansion.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of sales techniques and lead generation.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-management abilities.

Pay
