We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and customer-oriented Sales Counsellor to join our team in Rishikesh.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with clients and visitors to understand their requirements.
• Explain the company's services, programmes and available packages.
• Guide clients in selecting suitable services based on their needs.
• Handle client queries and provide relevant information.
• Follow up with prospective clients and assist in converting enquiries into bookings.
• Maintain positive client relationships and ensure a good customer experience.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, confident and approachable personality.
• Ability to explain services effectively and engage with clients.
• Prior experience in sales, counselling, hospitality or customer handling will be preferred.

Job Details

• Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month (based on experience and suitability)
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM
• Location: Rishikesh
