Sales Counselor

Key Responsibilities Contact prospective students through phone calls and follow up on enquiries and leads. Explain yoga courses, course structure, duration, fees, and admission procedures. Counsel students and recommend suitable courses based on their interests and requirements. Convert interested leads into paid admissions and achieve monthly sales targets. Follow up with potential students through calls and WhatsApp. Handle students' questions and objections professionally. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, leads, and admissions in the CRM or sales tracker. Coordinate with the admission and student support teams when required. Provide regular sales reports to the reporting manager. Maintain professional communication and a positive relationship with prospective students. Courses to Be Promoted. 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTT) 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training Kids Yoga Teacher Training Face Yoga Courses Diet & Nutrition and other yoga-related programs offered by the institute Requirements Good communication and convincing skills. Confidence in handling phone calls and counselling prospective students. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and CRM tools. Target-oriented attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to handle follow-ups and close sales. Previous experience in telesales, counselling, education sales, or inside sales will be preferred.
