Prepare and cook food items as per standard recipes and instructions from seniors

Assist in mise-en-place for daily kitchen operations

Ensure correct portioning, plating, and presentation of dishes

Support timely service during peak hours

Follow SOPs, recipes, and production guidelines strictly

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned kitchen section

Handle kitchen equipment safely and report any malfunction

Adhere to food safety standards (FSSAI / HACCP)

Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and kitchen cleanliness

Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items

Assist in stock checking, storage, and FIFO practices

Minimize wastage and report shortages or spoilage

Work closely with Commis II, CDP, and other kitchen staff

Follow instructions from seniors and support junior staff when required

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
