About the Role

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented Sales Adviser with 2–5 years of experience in sales, customer relationship management and lead conversion. The candidate will be responsible for explaining the Joy Club Resort plan to prospective customers, generating appointments and converting qualified leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective customers through outbound calls, follow-ups and scheduled meetings.

Explain the Joy Club Resort plan, resort membership benefits and the Debenture Share Investment proposal using company-approved information.

Generate qualified appointments and conduct product presentations.

Understand customer requirements, handle objections and follow up consistently.

Convert qualified prospects into customers while maintaining professional sales practices.

Maintain daily call reports, appointment records, lead status and sales performance reports.

Achieve individual monthly targets for appointments, customer visits and sales conversions.

Coordinate with telecallers, the sales manager and other team members to improve conversion rates.

Ensure all investment-related explanations are accurate and consistent with approved product documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in resort membership, hospitality, real estate, financial products or investment-related sales.

Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.

Strong negotiation, objection-handling and closing skills.

Ability to build customer relationships and follow up professionally.

Target-oriented mindset with a focus on appointments and revenue generation.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM software and sales reporting.

Graduate preferred; candidates with strong relevant sales experience may also apply.
