URGENT HIRING – DIVINELANE Location: Sector V, Kolkata Position: Customer Support Executive Total Vacancies: 20 Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday Eligibility Criteria - Graduation is mandatory. - Previous sales experience is compulsory. - Age Limit: Up to 33 years only. - Good communication and convincing skills are preferred. Job Responsibilities - Interact with customers and understand their requirements, preferences and concerns. - Promote and sell astrology-related gemstones, precious stones and spiritual products. - Suggest suitable gemstones and stones based on customers' needs and preferences. - Explain the features, benefits and astrological significance of different gemstones. - Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product recommendations. - Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into sales. - Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. - Achieve assigned sales targets while providing a positive customer experience. 20 Immediate Openings!
