Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through Voice and Chat Support.

Resolve customer concerns in real time with professionalism and empathy.

Provide accurate information and ensure excellent customer service.

Maintain quality standards and follow process guidelines.

Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Eligibility Criteria

Experienced candidates only (minimum 6 months of experience).

Good English communication skills.

Prior BPO or Customer Support experience preferred.

Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 In-Hand (Fixed).

Flexible rotational shifts.

Rotational week-offs.

One-way drop facility available.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
