Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining our products/services, understanding customer requirements, and generating leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into customers.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi and English; knowledge of Gujarati is an advantage.
• Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Experience

0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, inside sales, or a related field. Freshers are also welcome.
