Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to handle customer interactions over the phone, maintain good relationships, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Make and receive customer calls professionally.

Communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements.

Follow up with customers regularly and provide timely updates.

Resolve customer queries or coordinate with the relevant team.

Maintain accurate customer records and call details.

Build positive relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

Handle calling-based tasks efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in customer relationship management, telecalling, customer support, or a similar role.

Good English communication skills are required.

Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Confidence in handling phone calls and interacting with customers.

Good listening, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
