Key Responsibilities

• Accounting \& Billing: Manage day-to-day accounting, sales/purchase invoices, Tally entries, cash books and financial records.
• Receivables \& Payables: Track customer payments, outstanding dues, supplier bills and vendor payments.
• Inventory Management: Maintain raw material and finished goods stock records, including inward/outward movements.
• Banking \& Cash Management: Handle petty cash, bank transactions and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Payroll \& Expenses: Maintain labour attendance, wages, overtime, advances and factory/transport expenses.
• GST \& Compliance: Maintain GST records, e-invoices, e-way bills and assist with statutory filings and audits.
• MIS \& Reporting: Prepare sales, outstanding, expense, inventory and profitability reports.
• Coordination \& Documentation: Coordinate with sales, dispatch, production and suppliers while maintaining accurate accounting records.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
• Proficiency in TallyPrime, MS Excel and accounting software.
• Working knowledge of GST, invoicing, bookkeeping and inventory accounting.
• Strong numerical accuracy, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in manufacturing or factory accounting preferred.

Pay

₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
