Key Responsibilities:  Call potential students and working professionals to introduce our IT training programs.  Explain course benefits, job opportunities, and career growth prospects.  Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into enrolments.  Maintain a database of interested candidates and track progress.  Counsel students who visit the institute and guide them toward suitable courses.  Address queries and concerns of prospective students.  Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach efforts. Requirements:  Excellent communication and convincing skills.  Strong sales and persuasion abilities.  Basic knowledge of IT courses and career opportunities in the industry.  Ability to handle multiple inquiries and maintain records.  Prior experience in tele calling, counselling, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
