Tele Caller

Job Summary

The Tele caller will be responsible for contacting prospective students and parents, providing information about various academic programmes offered by the University, generating admission enquiries, and supporting the admission team in converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding admission enquiries.

Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility criteria, fee structures, admission procedures, and other university facilities.

Handle incoming calls and respond to admission-related queries professionally.

Follow up with prospective students to encourage and facilitate the admission process.

Maintain and regularly update enquiry records, call details, and follow-up status in the CRM/ERP system.

Generate admission leads through tele calling activities.

Coordinate with the Admission Department for further processing of interested candidates.

Send relevant course details, brochures, and admission information through WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and enquiry-conversion targets.

Maintain professional communication and a positive image of the University.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
