- Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Confident and professional phone communication.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Calling potential clients and following up on leads.
- Explaining company services and generating business inquiries.
- Handling customer queries and maintaining follow-up records.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good convincing, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Ability to achieve calling and follow-up targets.
- Positive attitude, patience and willingness to learn.
