Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through phone calls, emails, and messages.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM software.
Follow up with existing customers regarding payments, renewals, and service requests.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
Maintain customer records, feedback, and complaint details.
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.
Generate daily reports on customer interactions and follow-ups.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Support the sales team in customer retention and business development activities.
