Aguaclan Water purifiers Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and organized Customer Support(Pre sales- Voice) to join our team. The will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our before-sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding product-related queries.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and resolutions.
- Updation of leads in CRM.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Telecalling or Pre-Sales activities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with water purification systems (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficient in using CRM.
