At Ontara Realty, we're building a modern real estate advisory and brokerage firm that brings together deep local market knowledge, strong relationships, technology, and a fresh approach to how real estate business is done.

We're an ambitious team with a vision to build something meaningful in Kerala's real estate industry.

And we're looking for someone who shares that ambition. Not someone who simply wants to complete assigned tasks, but someone who's curious about business, enjoys interacting with people, takes initiative, and wants to understand what it takes to build and grow a company. You'll work directly with the directors, see how decisions get made, and learn skills that most people only pick up after years in a corporate job.

What will you actually do?

You'll be involved in the day to day operations of a growing real estate business, working closely with the founding team.

Your responsibilities will include

Client Communication

Be the first point of contact for potential buyers, sellers, and investors through calls and WhatsApp.

Lead Management

Understand customer requirements, follow up with enquiries, and help move potential opportunities forward.

Business Development

Build relationships with clients, property owners, and brokers, and identify potential business opportunities.

Property Onboarding

Collect property information, maintain our CRM, and coordinate new property listings.

On Ground Coordination

Occasionally visit properties around Kochi to capture photos/videos, verify details, or coordinate with owners.

Business Operations

Support the founding team with everyday operational activities and suggest improvements wherever possible.

Learn the business end-to-end

sales, client handling, marketing, operations and how real estate deals actually close

Who are we looking for?

We care more about your mindset than your CV.You could be a college student, recent graduate, aspiring entrepreneur, or simply someone genuinely interested in business.

Are hungry to learn and want to get into business, sales or entrepreneurship

Have excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam

Are confident on the phone and enjoy talking to people and building relationships.

Are comfortable with technology and digital tools. We're a tech driven company, and we love people who are curious about how technology can make businesses smarter and more efficient.

Believe in taking ownership rather than waiting for instructions.

Prior real estate experience is NOT required. A willingness to learn, professionalism, and a proactive attitude matter much more.
