We are looking for an energetic, confident, and people-focused Academic Counsellor to join our Kochi team.
Job Overview
As an Academic Counsellor, you will interact with prospective students and parents, understand their educational backgrounds and career aspirations, and guide them towards suitable professional training programs.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a student-focused approach, and the confidence to handle enquiries, counsel prospective students, and support the admission process.
Candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome to apply. Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents about available courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
Understand student goals and recommend suitable academic and professional programs.
Handle incoming student enquiries and provide relevant course information.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
Guide applicants throughout the admission and enrolment process.
Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, leads, and follow-up activities.
Update lead status and ensure timely follow-ups.
Build positive relationships with students and parents.
Support student engagement and admission-related activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience required
- 0–1 year.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence in interacting with students and parents.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Patient, approachable, and helpful attitude.
