Job Summary

We (ElevenArcs IT Solutions Private Ltd) are looking for confident and enthusiastic Tele callers (Software Sales)– to connect with potential customers, introduce our industry leading software solutions, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build customer interest over phone calls. No target based calls.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided database.

Introduce the company's software products and services.

Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads.

Schedule product demonstrations or meetings for the sales team.

Follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, or WhatsApp.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities in CRM or Excel.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead updates and campaign activities.

Required Skills

Good verbal communication skills in English.

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).

Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

Any Graduate / Diploma.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Prior experience in tele calling, tele sales, customer support, or marketing will be an added advantage.

Pay

₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
